Studies, scanner readings, prefabrication, assembly :
- Studies, 3D scanner surveys of the site
- Scanner readings of the 4 120M3 tanks for verification of conformity to the manufacturing plans
- Realization of the complete 3D model of the installation
- Realization of manufacturing plans and assembly of piping, frames and support structures
- Realization of the layout plans of the GC and equipment (pumps, compressors…)
- Prefabrication and installation of 450 meters of LPG piping DN50 and DN80
- 11 Piping subject to DESP II
- 4 LPG purge tanks DESP IV
- 150 meters of DN25 valve collection pipework
- 75 meters of stainless steel hydraulic piping DN15
- Complete installation of the pump house (pumps, compressor and hydraulic skid)
- Prefabrication and installation of 2 frames and all pipe supports
- Prefabrication and installation of fire crowns and supports
